Gumbo Cottage, Providenciales (Provo), Turks and Caicos Islands, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms is upstairs in the main living part of the holiday villa with the thrid bedroom downstairs enjoying the benefit of a separate suite located off the pool at terrace level. You can rent just the upstairs or both up and down

2 bedroom rate: December 15 - April 30: $3,800 / May 1 - December 15: $3,000

3 bedroom rate: December 15 - April 30: $4,800 / May 1 - December 15: $3,900

The separate suite does not rent by itself, nor will it rent to a different party if you are in the main house.

Villa rates are per week (7 nights).

NOTE: The Turks and Caicos government requires that an 11% tax be paid on all villa rentals and this cost must be added to your final payment.

NOTE: The air conditioning is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open. It is not expensive if used judiciously and you are not charged for the first $150 per week in usage, after which there is a charge per kilowatt hour at market price. There is a separate, easy to read, digital AC meter in the hallway where you may monitor AC usage if you wish. There are 2 separate air conditioning systems in this villa, so you only need to cool certain parts as needed.
