This light and airy beach house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac
just 5 minutes walk from Main Beach and the village shops. It
features stunning ocean, sunset and Catalina views, in a
beautifully landscaped setting.
A charmingly decorated family home, the kitchen, dining room, living
room, and office all have good ocean views. The other rooms look
onto a lush private garden. The gourmet kitchen has been fully
renovated with new appliances and granite counters. The fabulous
view deck is perfect for sunset drinks, while the large private
garden patio makes for great lounging, barbecues, and outdoor dining
and entertaining.
Literally steps to the community pool and tennis courts, this child-
friendly house has a flat grassy play area in the backyard for
running and kicking a ball. We have beach toys, boogie boards, beach
chairs, and umbrellas available for your stay, as well as a
collection of children’s toys and videos.
Our one level home includes gourmet kitchen, indoor dining for
eight, and a comfortable living room. The master bedroom has a
California King bed; the second bedroom has bunkbeds and optional
trundle or crib; the third bedroom has queen bed and optional twin
bed. Both bathrooms are pleasingly appointed in slate and tile. The
backyard patio has a cabana for outdoor dining, and deck chairs for
lounging.
Altogether, this is a nice quiet beach cottage, with good ocean
views and an easy walk to the beach and town -- a good place to
relax, lay on the beach, catch a meal in town, or put dinner on the
BBQ.

The house is fully equipped for your vacation: Phone, Broadband Wireless
Internet, Cable TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo, CD Player, Full Kitchen,
Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils Provided,
Linens Provided, Washer, Dryer, Stainless Steel Gas Grill (BBQ).
Please note that we do not allow smoking on the premises, and we do
not accept pets.

Beach activities: sunbathing, swimming, surfing, boogie boarding,
skim boarding and exploring tide pools at any of Laguna's beautiful
beaches.
Ocean activities: diving & snorkelling, whale watching, fishing and
sailing
Outdoor activities: world-class mountain biking, wilderness hiking
and hill running, cycling, golf, tennis, swimming and jogging are
all available from town.
In Town: Boutique shopping and excellent dining at dozens of fine
and casual restaurants are easy walking distance from the house.
Culture: Many art galleries, the Festival of Arts, the Sawdust
Festival and Pageant of the Masters are also walking distance.
Amusement Parks: Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios,
LegoLand, Six Flags, SeaWorld and San Diego Zoo are 30 to 90 minutes
away.
