Early Spring Breaks (March 10-14):  $600 Nightly

Spring Break (March 15-30):  $500 Nightly 

End of Season (3/31-4/21):   $350 Nightly

TERMS AND POLICIES:  Discounts given off these nightly rates for stays of 5 nights or longer.  Stay longer--receive a bigger discount!!
All rentals subject to 10.4% Tax, $14 nightly parking fee and $200 Refundable Security Deposit.
Stays of less than 4 nights subject to $125 cleaning fee.
