vacation rental description
Welcome to our 4 bedroom home with 950 square feet of deck for your outside enjoyment. Firepit with seating for 20 plus. It has water access to Silver Lake across the road and down about 100 feet. It has a swing set in a fenced in back yard for the younger ones. Has 2.5 baths and 4 bedrooms that can sleep 20 people if you wish. The house is fully furnished with a full kitchen, towels and all linens provided.
We have 2 pontoon boats ($750.00 each for the week), 15 kayaks ($25.00 each for the week), 2 sand boards, and 2 sand sleds ($25.00 each for the week) available to rent.

Weekly rates (Sat to Sat) Full weeks only from June 15 thru August 31
-May 1 thru May 18 $1800.00 per week
-May 18 thru June 15 $2000.00 per week
-June 15 thru Sept 14 $2500.00 per week
-The week with the 4th of July is $3000.00 for the week
Dates are filed on a first come first served basis. Dates will not be held without a security deposite. $300.00 refundable security deposite and signed contract required to reserve rental. We accept checks money orders and credit cards
