Summer Village Cottage with Loft in Westford

Bright and spacious, this former model cottage (3-year-old) has an extra 2nd-floor loft, fully furnished and a golf cart is provided. It is located in beautiful Summer Village, a water-front, gated resort community right on the Long Sought After pond in Westford MA.

The cottage has ample space for 6 people, queen and 2 twin beds in 2 separate bedrooms have memory foam mattresses, sleeper/futon in family room and loft. Fully equipped kitchen has dishwasher, gas range and oven, a coffee-maker, toaster, and dishes, pots and pans, cooking and eating utensils. Air conditioners, in-cottage washer/dryer, cable TV and DVD player, high-speed internet, Weber gas-grill, everything you need to have a relaxing and comfortable vacation. We ask our local guests to bring your own bed linens, blankets, pillows and towels, but we will provide these for our out-of-town guests.

Summer Village features a sandy beach on the 2600-feet waterfront of Long-Sought-for-Pond. The pond’s clear waters are perfect for fishing, life-guard supervised swimming, or enjoying the complimentary sunfish sailboats, kayaks, and canoes. Neighborhood pocket parks can be used for gatherings of family and friends, and roasting marshmallows by the fire pits. Family pool, large playground for kids, heated adult-only pool, state-of-art gym for adults, on-site tennis and basketball courts, bocce, horseshoes, mini-golf and lots more are all complimentary as well.

Kids can join organized children’s programs, movies (with popcorns), cooking lessons and lots of other events, even a Halloween in July! Summer Village is also a safe place for kids to ride bicycles and scooters, meet friends at the general store for ice cream and snacks. Adults can join the activities like poker runs, bingo nights, wine tastings, book groups, etc. Enjoy live music by the beach, dance night, quick snack or a full meal in the lodge, all kinds of tournaments for kids and adults.

If you ever need to go outside of the resort, Summer Village is less than an hour from Boston, only minutes from Rte. 3 & 495, also minutes away from tax-free shoppings in Nashua NH.

Minimum rental period is one week, Saturday 3pm to Saturday 11am.  Check calendar for available periods, or contact cottage owner by email or phone for rates and availability.  A reservation form provided by the owner must be completed and returned promptly with security deposit of $500 to lock-in the reservation. Sorry, no credit cards.
