Keauhou Palena in Keauhou

Spacious, Upper Unit, 1 bedroom plus den, 2 bath on golf course.   Keauhou Palena has beautiful grounds with peaceful surroundings. Easy parking and lovely pool. Very close to Kona but in a less hectic area just South, out of town.  Its a private complex just off the Kona Country Club Golf Course.

Spacious unit with large Master Bedroom with master bath, additional sleeping area within the living room and additional 2nd bathroom.  Full Kitchen provided, dishwasher, laundry in unit, towels and sheet provided.  Large lanai for outdoor dining and lounging.   

Very close to the finest snorkel beach in Kona. The condo is just down the hill from a nice shopping area with nice restaurants, grocery, and shopping. It is also near a nice scuba diving and boat trip operater near the Keauhou resort. Located near Kona town, Sourh at the end of Alii Drive (just outside of the crazy tourist areas).

Minimum applies most of the time except for special times of high demand.  5 night minimum low season. 2 week minimum high season

Stays over a week will be charged at $85 per night. Full 2 week stay will be at a 10% discount.

Special pricing applies for Ironman 10/1 to 10/15 and special Holidays(Xmas etc)

Hawaii State tax will be added to fee.

$300 security deposit required to hold reservation. Non refundable if cancelled within 30 days.

$100 cleaning fee
