  - Balance of payment: cash upon arrival, or 1 day before arrival via PayPal with 3% surcharge fee
• Cancellation policy:
  - more than 45 days prior to arrival, full refund less 3% (Paypal surcharge fee)
  - less than 45 days prior, no refund on reservation fee
  * High season cancellation policy is 60 days prior
• Damage deposit: 300 $ (returned after check-out)

Exit cleaning fee (for less than 1 week rentals): 40 $
