Reel Paradise - Private Pool & Pool Bar - Fun Fun Fun in North Captiva Island

Our home on Upper Captiva is the perfect getaway. The island is only accessible by boat or ferry--the ultimate in relaxation! Shelling, bird watching, and fishing abound. Experience a real Florida barrier island unspoiled by cars. Transportation around the island is by golf cart, bicycle or foot. Reel Paradise is decorated with in festive beach flair, putting you in the mood for fun and relaxation.

FIRST FLOOR: The master suite includes a bedroom with a queen bed, an adjoining bathroom, and screened porch. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and large closet and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds, closet and dresser. The den provides a quiet reading nook or an extra bedroom with its comfy futon.

SECOND FLOOR: The kitchen is well stocked with spices and general cooking supplies (food not included). A large screen tv with satellite is available for your viewing pleasure. WiFi internet access is provided on a private DSL network to connect your laptop to the rest of the world…if you wish. Enjoy your meals at the bar or around the expandable dinner table.

The house has large outdoor living spaces with including a private heated swimming pool. The pool is beautiful with a very large deck perfect for sunning or entertaining. A tiki bar with sink, fridge and bar-b-que grill is part of the pool area. Picture yourself relaxing on the beach or around our pool.

Crowning the house is a crow’s nest affording breathtaking views 360 degree views of the gulf, Pine Island Sound, and the island. You can see water from every direction. Off the great room is a large screened patio complete with outdoor dining furniture and extra seating. Another screened patio completes the master suite. You can see the water from almost every room in the house.

Island Activities:
-Visit the State Preserve on the south end of the Island (a long beautiful walk so please bring a bottle of water)
-Exploring the Island on bike or golf car
-Fishing from the beach
-Take a private boat tour or fishing charter from one of the knowledgeable island guides
-Get Ice Cream at the Pirate’s Stash
-Eat out at one of the Island restaurants
-Shelling
-Sun Bathing
-Swimming: either in our private pool or in the gulf

From $1700 - $2400 plus sales tax (11%) depending on the season.  We are pet freindly.  There is a one time non-refundable pet fee of $75.0   One golf cart is included with the rental.
