7)  Condo is on the ground floor with parking directly in front of condo.

1)  Pool in less that 30 feet from the front door of the condo.

2)  Laundry room is directly across from the condo front door.  There are 2 washers          and 2 dryers.

3)  Lido Beach is less than a 5 minute walk from the condo and St. Armanda's Circle        is less than a 15 minute walk.

Stoll or bike down the quiet street just one half block from Lido Beach or take a short walk to famous St Armands Circle with upscale shopping and fine dining as well as homemade ice cream for the children. Shop Tommy Bahama, Ed Hardy, Lily Pulitzer, sample fine cigars & wine or enjoy a Starbucks iced coffee in the afternoon. Bicycle rentals, Golf course nearby, Ringling Museum, several fine art galleries, Selby Gardens, Sunset Boat Tours, Jet Ski Rentals, Water Parks on Hwy. 41, Sarasota Opera House, FSU Florida Studio Theater, Asolo Theater, Golden Apple Dinner Theater & Sarasota Players Theater. Boat races at Lido Beach Fourth of July Weekend.

January - March rent:  $2800 a month NOT including a $100 cleaning fee, making total amount due $2900. Renters for 2 week stay will be charged $700 per week, NOT including the $100 cleaning fee.  Same terms apply for the cleaning deposit.  (TWO WEEK MINIMUM REQUIRED)  Please see discount!

April & May rent:  $1200 a month NOT including a $100 cleaning deposit making total amount due $1300.  Renters for 2 week stay will be charged $700 per week, NOT including the $100 cleaning fee.  Same terms apply for the cleaning deposit

June - August rent:  $1000 a month NOT including a $100 cleaning deposit making total due $1100.  Renters for 2 week stay will be charged $500 per week, NOT including the $100 cleaning fee.  Same terms apply for the cleaning deposit.

September - December rent:  $1200 NOT including a $100 cleaning deposit making total due $1300.  Renters for 2 week stay will be charged $700 per week, NOT including the $100 cleaning fee.  Same terms apply for the cleaning deposit.
