This wonderful haven is just across the street from the Tahoe Donner Golf Course and the Recreation Center which has a snow play area, swimming pools, hot tubs, workout center and more.
This is a three level home in which you enter on the bottom level. On this level is the master bedroom which has a Queen bed along with a TV, DVD player, and a CD player. Attached is a full bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Bedroom #2 is also on the lower lever and has one Queen bed along with one Twin bed. There is a full bathroom across the hall with a shower. The washer/dryer are on this level as well as the garage, however there is NO GARAGE ACCESS. All parking will be in the driveway.

The main level has an open floor plan with a living room, dining area and kitchen along with a wet bar.
There are vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace as well as a front and back deck for morning coffee or BBQ's. There is a propane grill on the front deck available year-round.
This floor also has bedroom #3 with a Double bed and a bathroom complete with shower in the hall.

The upper level is the loft which has a separate office area. This area gets lots of light and is a great place to curl up with a book in a comfy chair. The loft overlooks the living room and has two Twin beds.

The majority of guests must be over the age of 25.  Please know that reservations cannot be canceled once initial payment is received.  We do offer optional travel insurance providing cancellation and medical coverage for only 7% of the reservation total.  If an unforeseen event prevents you from making your trip, you are covered!  Prices are subject to change.
