Everything about this 5 Bedroom & 4 Bathroom luxury beach vacation home was carefully designed to exceed the expectations of the most discriminate vacationing family, and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing beach vacation experience that is sure to generate lasting family memories! The home boasts 4,300 total sq feet of luxury living space including 900 sq feet of covered balconies, and is located in Destin's popular Frangista Beach area, a tranquil seaside community that offers the emerald water and sugar white sand beaches of the Gulf at her doorstep along with the carefree life style and relaxing charm that only southern hospitality can offer! Down By The Sea offers wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the 2nd & 3rd floors and is located only approx. 100 yards from the beach!!!

"Down By The Sea" is a one-of-a-kind Mediterranean style beach vacation home that was custom designed to comfortably accommodate 1 to 3 families with 3 King Suites & spa-inspired Master Bathrooms with double vanity sinks, whirlpool bathtubs, large limestone & glass showers, and private balconies with spectacular views of the Gulf and romantic sunsets! One of our 3 King Suites is located on the 1st Floor and is perfect for our patrons with limited mobility that would like to avoid the stairs.  There there are also 2 large bedrooms rooms on the 2nd Floor that each have 2 bunk bed sets (i.e. 4 single beds per each room) plus a dedicated bathroom located just outside these bedrooms in the hall.  Additionally, there is also a brand new Queen sleeper sofa located in the living room.

Our home is also specially equipped to accomodate families with babies and toddlers and includes a full crib room that resides inside the 2nd floor Master Suite, a packnplay for a second baby, a highchair, umbrella stroller, bouncy seat, 2 toddler booster seats, and kid's beach and pool toys!  Our one-of-a-kind large PRIVATE heated swimming pool also has a shallow kids pool area / lounge deck that is only 16 inches deep and is perfect for toddlers and young swimmers!!!

Pool & Yard Amenities:
The yard is truly an oasis and includes a spectacular one-of-a-kind
large PRIVATE swimming pool with a shallow kids pool area (i.e.
approx 16 inches deep) and lounge deck that is perfect for parents
with small children! While the big kids swim at the deeper end of
pool and the small kids splash in the shallow kids area, the
adults can relax on the Lounge Deck "INSIDE" the pool that
accommodates two full-size lounge chairs for sunbathing without
leaving the cool waters of the pool! Adjacent to the pools lounge
deck is also a large sunbathing area on the dry pool deck, an
outside shower, a large covered porch that overlooks the pool,
outdoor speakers, and a professionally landscaped yard! In addition
to our spectacular private pool, our subdivision also has 2
additional pools that are heated in the winter, early spring, and
late fall time periods.

1st Floor Amenities:
The 1st Floor of the home boasts 10 foot ceilings, custom floors, a
fully stocked gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets, granite counter
tops, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious open floor plan
that includes a large dining area that can accommodate up to 10 at a
time, a breakfast bar, and a very large living room that includes a
large TV with Cable, DVD and surround sound entertainment. The home
has been tastefully decorated with warm yellow and red tones and an
eclectic beach decor. The first floor also includes a large front
bedroom with a king-size bed, TV/VCR/alarm clock, an attached
bathroom and walk-in closet, and its own private porch that is
perfect for drinking coffee and watching the sunrise. The first
floor also includes a laundry room with washer, dryer and laundry
sink, and a mud room decorated with white bead board that are
perfect for managing your familys bathing suites and beach gear!

2nd & 3rd Floor Amenities:
The 2nd Floor boasts 10 foot ceilings, a Huge primary Master Bedroom
and Bathroom Suite that includes a king-size bed, private sitting
area, TV/DVD/Phone/alarm clock, a baby crib room, large private
balcony with spectacular views of the Gulf and Destin sunsets,
double vanity sinks with custom limestone tops, a whirlpool tub,
travertine floors, tub deck, and a large stone and glass shower. The
second floor also includes two large kids bedrooms that each
include two sets of bunk beds (8 beds total) and a built-in dresser
and TV/VCR alcove, and an adjacent bathroom with double vanity sinks
and a tub/shower. The 3rd Floor boasts 10+ foot vaulted ceilings and
is the home of the Tower Master Bedroom and Bathroom Suite that
includes a king-size bed, private sitting area, TV/DVD/phone/alarm
clock, a large private balcony with wonderful views of the Gulf and
sunsets. The bathroom suite includes a walk-in closet, double vanity
sinks, a whirlpool tub, and a large glass & limestone shower!

Nearby Restaurants, etc:
Our home is within walking distance to 2 very nice beach
restaurants / beach bars that offer open air seating and beautiful
views of the gulf and sand! Both are perfect for drinks, lunch or
dinner. Additionally, there is a nice little ice cream / sandwich
shop less than 1 minute from the back of our home that is a favorite
destination for our kid's after dinner! Approximately 2 blocks to
the east is a gourmet coffee shop that also serves breakfast and
lunch sandwiches as well as a very nice family style pizza parlor
with video games! In addition to the local amenities that are
within walking distance, we are less than a 5 minute drive to
coutless other local and chain restaurants, shopping malls, movie
theaters, grocery stores, amusement parks, etc.

Destin is the Emerald Coasts' most beautiful and prestigious family
vacation address and is located less than 750 miles from St. Louis,
350 miles from Atlanta, and is just 20 minutes from the Fort Walton
Beach Airport and 45 miles from the Pensacola Airport that both
offer commercial jet service from most metropolitan airports.
