New Year's .. $3,750/week (5 nights). 
$195 Cleaning Fee. Please add an additional 10% for Local Room Tax. 

Two-Night Minimum Stay. 
*Holidays have a Three-Night Minimum: MLK, Presidents, Easter, 
Memorial, Fourth of July, & Labor Day.
