3500 sq. ft. home. Access to launch ramp/private dock in Lake Nacimiento

Custom home built in 2006. Secluded on 33 acres of land nestled in the hills at Lake Nacimiento. Home
has access to a concrete launch ramp 3 miles away from the home.  We have a private dock only 2 minutes by boat from the launch ramp in a 5mph zone.  It is only 15 minutes by car to drive to this private dock.  Boats can be left overnight at this beautiful beach.

One bedroom has two queen beds, two master bedrooms have queen beds, another master bedroom has a king bed, another room has a queen bed and a huge office/storage room has a double bed and two twins. It is a great place for kids to crash. There are three full bathrooms with showers. The home has a very unique design so that all of the rooms have privacy. Two rooms are on the first floor at opposite ends of the home, and one is in between floors and one is on the second floor.

The kitchen is granite has a large granite center island with bar chairs. Stainless steel
appliances. There is a gas BBQ on the deck with patio furniture.
Take a stroll down the pathway from the back of the house and you
will find a secluded jacuzzi and swing to enjoy the views and
wildlife.

Air conditioning, fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD, Dish, telephone, full
kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, trash compactor.
Cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker.
Washer and dryer, gas BBQ on deck. Sheets and pillows provided along with towels but not beach towels.

We have two new kayaks available for rent at $25/day or $125/week each and a 15 foot fishing boat with an 8 hp motor for $85/day or $480/week (plus fuel a the current rate).  Advanced reservations are recommended since we offer these boats at two homes.

Activities (on site or nearby): boating, fishing, wildlife viewing
including American Bald Eagles and their nest in Las Tablas Creek.
This is only a 10 minute boat ride from the dock. Award winning
prestigious wineries such as Justin and Carmody McKnight are only 10
minutes away. There are dozens of wineries within 25 minutes and
close to 200 within one hour.
Bike, jog or walk along winding roads everywhere.
The beautiful city of Paso Robles is 25 minutes away and you can
enjoy shopping, dining and much more including the beautiful
Downtown by the park.

High Season and Holidays:
