countertops and new appliances, new bamboo floors, a/c, as well as new furniture!
Clean clean clean! Outdoor shower is a Fire Island necessity so you can listen to the waves while
you shower. Bikes and wagon provided for your use!
Fire Island has no cars in the summer, so the kids can walk and bike
safely. House is on the beach, so it is only a few steps to drinks
and snacks and your own restroom! There are several bikes at the
house for your convenience. Market, liquor store and several restaurants are a five minute walk from the
house as well. Steps from the ferry on paved walkways. Nearby tennis, restaurants, shops. 5 minute bike ride
from Ocean Beach which offers more restaurants, a movie theater, and
shopping.
