house as well. Three bedrooms, and 2 baths will easily accommodate 8.

Washer/dryer on site, outdoor deck with Gas Grill, Cable TV in
living room and bedroom, VCR/DVD, ceiling fans throughout, eat-in
kitchen, microwave, 2 off-street parking spaces. Back porch storage
for bikes etc. No smoking. No pets.

A 2 minute walk will bring you to the heart of OOB's attractions,
including seven miles of gorgeous sandy beaches, carnival rides,
games for kids, shopping, the train to Boston and Portland. Within
a 20 minute car ride, you'll reach Kennebunkport, the Maine Mall,
Portland Sea Dogs baseball and the sites of downtown Portland, Fun
Town, Spalsh Town, Aquaboggan. Additional areas of interest include
museums, walking trails, windsurfing, and numerous water
activities! OOB is centrally located on Maine's coast near Freeport
(LL Bean), Portland and the outlets in Kittery.

Maine sales tax of 7% will be deducted from deposit.
Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday, with check in at 3:00 and
check out at 11:00.
A $400 reservation/security deposit is required to reserve the
week. The rental fee is due 30 days before occupancy.
Reservation/security deposit will be returned within 72 hours of
departure,minus 7% Maine Sales Tax.
