newly remodeled Seawinds condo in Ormond-by-the-Sea is waiting for 
you!  

Experience relaxed beachfront living in our bright, exciting and
well-appointed 2BR/2Bth oceanfront condo.  This southeast corner unit
offers full, striking views of the Atlantic Ocean from nearly every
room. Bright and cheery, this 2nd floor condo has been completely
redecorated to reflect its oceanfront location.  

In addition to the fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances,
you’ll enjoy furnishings which are new, cheerful and inviting - not
typical “hotel furniture.” Smartly decorated in light, bright pastel
colors, this casual “Key West/Cape Cod/Beach” style includes 
furniture
and artwork that have been chosen to reflect the relaxed ambiance of
the local beach area.

While here, you’ll enjoy stunning direct ocean views from the 
kitchen,
living room, dining room and master suite. Sip your morning coffee in
the master suite (with King bed), while watching the sunrise.  If you
prefer the ocean air, have breakfast (lunch, or dinner…) on your
spacious, private balcony overlooking the sparkling pool and Atlantic
Ocean.   

The full size, key-accessed oceanfront pool offers total privacy and
is also heated during the “cooler” months of the year (when
temperatures can actually dip to a brisk 70 degrees.  Brrrrr ) A
boardwalk-walkway leads from the pool right onto the “no-drive” 
beach,
just steps away. 

Seawinds is a private building, with key/code entry only.  Each guest
is assigned a reserved parking spot in the gated, remote-access
underground garage. (NOTE: Carts are always available in the
underground garage for luggage & groceries. Additional parking -
covered and uncovered - is available around the front and sides of 
the
building. The building is Wheelchair Accessible.)

Activities and Attractions

There are excellent golf courses nearby (no less than 10 within 15
minutes of Seawinds), boating/boat rentals, deep-sea fishing, pier
fishing, water skiing, scuba diving, windsailing, jet skiing,
parasailing and go-carts. For the adults, Sun Cruz Casino’s 4-hour
river cruise from nearby Ponce Inlet is always fun.

For a quiet day, try a visit to Tomoka State Park, just north of the
condominium or the Central Florida Zoo, in nearby Sanford, Florida. 
Both are perfect places to enjoy the variety of wildlife, birds and
plants this region offers.

NEAR DAYTONA BEACH:  Ormond by the Sea is conveniently close to
everything Daytona Beach has to offer, from it’s “World’s Most Famous
Beach” to the wildly-popular Daytona Speedway (both only 10 minutes
away).  Daytona Dog Track and pari-mutuel wagering are a short
10-minute ride away.  In nearby West Volusia, Blue Springs State Park
offers Manatee viewing. 

NEAR ORLANDO: Slightly more than an hour away, Orlando offers 
terrific
options for that special “day trip” with its many world-class family
attractions.  They include: Walt Disney’s Magic Kingdom; Epcot; 
Animal
Kingdom; MGM Studios; Seaworld & Discovery Cove; Universal
Studios/Islands of Adventure; Wet-n-Wild; Kennedy Space Center and an
unlimited variety of entertainment, restaurants and shopping
establishments.   

NEAR ST.AUGUSTINE: St. Augustine, about a half-hour north, is the
oldest city in the U.S.  It’s a charming destination of history, art,
restaurants and shopping. Quaint cobblestone streets and
well-preserved historical buildings take you far back in time. Outlet
Malls (just off I-95 in St. Augustine) offer the best of discount
shopping.  Plus, starting in the summer of 2005, you can make 
a “date”
to swim with the Dolphins at nearby Marineland.

How well-located is our Seawinds condo? Very! In addition to
everything noted above, there’s also a Publix Supermarket across the
street, along with at least six (6) restaurants within walking
distance (over 20 within five minutes drive of Seawinds!). There’s
nearby shopping, in addition to great outlet stores minutes away (see
St. Augustine), so whether you golf, boat, fish, play tennis, come 
for
the races & biking events, love to shop, love to eat or just love
being On the beach, our Seawinds Condo in charming Ormond-by-the Sea
is where you want to be.

To secure a date, a $300 refundable security deposit is required.  
For stays greater than 3 weeks, a $500 refundable security deposit is
required. 
Reservation is confirmed when the deposit is received.  
Full payment is required 60 days prior to scheduled visit.If you are
making a reservation within the month, the rent and deposit is due at
the same time. Deposit will be returned if there are no damages or
excessive cleaning required.
