Vacation Rental Rates

Seasonal rates (with all taxes and cleaning fee included in rate): 
May - Sept: $400/weekend, $800/week, or $2400/month    
Oct - Dec:  $500/weekend, $1000/week, or $3000/month 
Jan - Apr:  $600/weekend, $1200/week, or $3600/month 
 
 
Damage Deposit:  
A fully refundable $250 damage deposit per stay ($500 for long term rentals) is assessed when the  
full balance is due and refunded after checkout. 
  
Payment Options:  
A) eCheck (electronic check)   
B) Credit Cards (Mastercard and Visa)  
C) Cash, Cashier’s check 
 
50% Deposit at time of reservation if greater than 14 days prior to  
arrival.   
Full Balance due 14 days prior to arrival or upon reservation if  
less than 14 days.  
 
Cancellation Policy:   
Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation made at least 30 prior  
to reservation arrival date. 50% of deposit is refundable if  
cancellation made at least 14 days but less than 30 days prior to  
arrival date. Deposit non-refundable if cancellation made less than  
14 days prior to arrival date.
