Dec - Mar: $500/weekend, $1000/week, or $2750/month
Apr - May: $450/weekend, $850/week, or $2300/month
Jun - Sep: $400/weekend, $750/week, or $2000/month
Oct - Nov: $475/weekend, $900/week, or $2400/month

Cleaning Fee: $80

Damage Deposit:
A fully refundable $250 damage deposit per stay is assessed when the
full balance is due and refunded after checkout.

50% Deposit at time of reservation if greater than 14 days prior to
arrival. Full Balance due 14 days prior to arrival or upon reservation if
less than 14 days.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation made at least 30 prior
to reservation arrival date. 50% of deposit is refundable if
cancellation made at least 14 days but less than 30 days prior to
arrival date. Deposit non-refundable if cancellation made less than
14 days prior to arrival date.
