Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful 2-bed/2-bath recently refurnished condo  
is situated on Tara Golf and Country Club in Bradenton, Florida.  
Located within "The Terraces" on the 3rd floor (elevator access),  
the lounge, master bedroom and fully furnished lanai face west with a  
magnificent outlook over mature trees/shrubs and across one of the  
golf fairways towards a large lake that attracts many species of  
Florida wildlife.  
 
Renters are able to play golf at Tara, a private club and one of the  
best courses in the area, by payment of a $200 Country Club  
membership fee (no green fees, but cart rental payable). This  
membership also allows you to enjoy the full facilities within the  
main clubhouse complex - pool, tennis, fitness centre, fabulous  
restaurant, driving range, and more. In addition there is a heated  
pool/hot tub and tennis court immediately opposite the property. 
 
Tara Golf and Country Club is located on State Road 70, 1 mile west  
of Interstate 75  and the surrounding Sarasota/Manatee area offers a  
fantastic combination of natural beauty, white sandy beaches,  
numerous outdoor activities, a wide range of cultural events,  
restaurants, shopping to cater for all tastes and budget and, of  
course, a superb year round climate.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The accommodation consists of a large lounge and dining area seating  
six; a fully fitted and well-equipped eat-in kitchen; a master  
bedroom with king size bed, dressing area and en-suite shower room  
with w.c. and a second bedroom with twin beds and a full bathroom.  
Both bedrooms have ample closet space and for convenience, there is  
a separate utility area in the apartment comprising full size  
washer and dryer. 
 
The apartment is fully air conditioned and is well furnished and  
decorated, providing easy and comfortable living in a bright open  
space environment.  
 
The lanai is fully screened with sliding glass doors and it is 
carpeted, providing an extra room which, as it is warmed by the 
sun, can be fully utilised even on cooler winter days.  
It is also ideal for an evening cocktail at sunset!! 
 
Free local telephone service is provided with telephones in the  
living area and master bedroom. There is cable TV in the living room  
and master bedroom. Electricity is included in the rental fee.

January thru March - $3000 per month (cheaper rate for 3 month rental). 
April thru December, please contact owner for rates.

Security Deposit $750. 
Cleaning Fee $85. 
Introduction Fee $100. 
Golf & Country Club temporary membership (if required) $200.
