This beautiful 2-bed/2-bath condo is situated on the private Tara Golf and Country Club in Bradenton, Florida. As a renter you may become a temporary member during your stay enabling you to play and enjoy the course and clubhouse which, following a multi-million dollar renovation program, are amongst the finest in the area.

The property, located within "The Terraces" (3rd floor-elevator access) faces south west and the lounge, master bedroom and fully furnished lanai have a magnificent outlook over mature trees/shrubs towards a large lake that attracts many species of Florida wildlife. 

As a temporary member the full facilities within the main clubhouse complex are available to you - pool, tennis, fitness centre, fabulous restaurant and grill room, driving range, and more. In addition there is a heated pool/hot tub and tennis court immediately opposite the property.

Tara Golf and Country Club, is located on State Road 70, 1 mile west
of Interstate 75 and the surrounding Sarasota/Manatee area offers a
fantastic combination of natural beauty, white sandy beaches,
numerous outdoor activities, a wide range of cultural events,
restaurants, shopping to cater for all tastes and budget and, of
course, a superb year round climate.

The accommodation consists of a large lounge and dining area seating
six; a fully fitted and well-equipped eat-in kitchen; a master
bedroom with king size bed, dressing area and en-suite shower room
with w.c. and a second bedroom with twin beds and a full bathroom.
Both bedrooms have ample closet space and for convenience, there is
a separate utility area in the apartment comprising full size
washer and dryer.

The apartment is fully air conditioned and is furnished to a high standard giving an easy and comfortable living in a bright open space environment.

The lanai is furnished and fully screened with sliding glass doors providing an extra room which can be fully utilised. It is ideal for an evening meal or just a cocktail watching the spectacular sunsets!

Free wifi, local telephone service and electricity is provided within the rental fee and there is cable TV in the living room and master bedroom.
