Located off of Captiva Drive directly on the bay, the Otter Banks Estate is a
newly refurbished property offering a main house and guest house. The Otter
Banks Estate offers a private boat dock, pool, Two Gas BBQ Grills and is located
within walking distance to the beach. The Main House offers 6 bedrooms, 5.5
bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, 7 TV's, 7 DVD Players and high-speed wireless
internet access. Pets are allowed with a $225.00 plus tax non-refundable pet
fee. Can accommodate up to 14 people. Otter Banks Guest House is also available
to sleep an additional six people. This home will accept events up to 100 people
with an additional $3000.00 event fee, plus a refundable event damage deposit of
$1000.
