Vacation Rental Description

Three bedroom, two bath condo on the 5th floor of Oceanwalk  
Condominiums. Located in front of the main clubhouse and pool,  
it is ideally situated for your fun and pleasure. Oceanwalk  
Condominiums are located just a short walking distance to the beach.  
This part of New Smyrna Beach has been spared from most of the 
damage  
from the recent hurricanes, and remains accesible for ocean sports  
and beach activities. The balcony overlooks a scenic wetlands nature  
preserve. Enjoy the sunsets from here. The unit is well furnished  
and  
tastefully decorated. Upgrades include cultured marble tops, Jacuzzi  
tub, large separate shower in the master suite, and several kitchen  
upgrades. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen in  
the second bedroom, and two twins in the third. The unit is supplied  
with a full complement of linens, towels, and kitchen accessories.

Fully equipped clubhouse and heated pool just outside of your unit.  
Fitness room, basketball and tennis courts, shuffleboard, sauna, hot  
tub, outdoor grill, and putting green are all onsite. Roof top  
observation and sunning deck, with panoramic view of beach and 2  
mile nature trail.  
 
Nearby activities include surfing, fishing, boating, sailing,  
kayaking, bicycling, and golf. Canaveral National Seashore is only 2  
miles away. Lots of sightseeing, shopping and great restaurants  
nearby. 
 
Daytona, Orlando, and Kennedy Space Center are 30 to 50 minutes  
away.  
Disney and Universal are only 90 minutes away.

Vacation Rental Rates

April, May - $600/wk $2000/mo 
June, July, Aug - $650/wk $2100/mo 
Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec - $550/wk $1700/ mo 
Daytona Speedweeks, Bike Week-$1000/wk 
All rates are subject to a 12.5% sales/resort tax. 
Damage deposit $250-week, $500-month (refundable) due within 10 days  
of scheduling to confirm reservation.  
Full payment and a non-refundable cleaning fee  
of $85 is due 30 days before arrival. 
 
Cancellation: Refunds for cancellations greater than 30 days before  
arrival are subject to an administrative fee of 10% of rental.  
Cancellations between 30 and 7 days before arrival are subject to a  
50% refund of rental fee. No refunds on rental fee if canceled less  
than 7 days before arrival, unless property is able to be rented for  
the same time period. 
 
Rates are subject to change without notice. 
 
Please, no smoking, and no pets. 
 
Limit one car per unit in garage. Other vehicles can be parked  
outside garage.
