downtown Sarasota and/or Venice. Large eat-in kitchen with upgraded 
appliances and lots of counter space.  From the kitchen you can 
enjoy the fireplace or overlook the large pool area. Pass-thru 
window from the kitchen. Elegantly decorated Formal Living and 
Dining Rooms.  Master suite with king size bed and additional access 
to the pool area.  Master bath with shower, garden tub and large 
master closet.  

Pool area has glass table for entertaining, outdoor grill, 2 
hammocks for relaxing or reading, and a small refrigerator for those 
little extras. 

Enjoy tennis, another pool, and work out center at the Club 
House, take a walk to a beautiful park to watch the boats pass on 
the intercoastal waterway or enjoy the dolphins and manatee playing 
in the harbor.  Maybe you want to fish for snook or sheep's head 
from the channel.  

Renter must abide by all Association Policies, Rules, Regulations 
and Procedures.  Tenants have no Marina privileges for boat storage 
but can be accessed for pick up or drop off.  Miles of greenbelts 
provide wonderful and safe early morning strolls.

or south to Venice Beach.  Ride to Casey Key for more 
beautiful beaches, picnic areas and boat rentals. Nature lovers -
Oscar Sherer and Myakka State Park nearby.  There are multiple movie 
theaters for movie buffs.  If you like to shop, there are 3 major 
malls close by or head to exclusive St. Armand's circle for a unique 
shopping experience.  Also, only one hour from International Mall 
with all the popular designer stores. Close to I75 for easy access 
in either direction.  Disney World and all Orlando activites only 2 
hours away.  Home has a great location for lots of great things to 
do!  Beautiful Siesta Key Beach is voted one of the top 10 in the 
World.  It's unique quartz sand feels like baby powder, is always 
cool and provide a beach experience like no other.
