Our brand new home is complete! It is close to town and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The home is on a quiet dead end street making it a perfect peaceful setting yet close to the busy down town.

We built this house with the concept of what rental families would need. We have 2 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs and 2 bedrooms and a full bath downstairs. Perfect for two families or one large family! Sleeps 12-all in beds-no one has to sleep on the couch! Open living, dining, and kitchen concept.  Teak hardwood floors through out the house. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Slate tiled master bathroom with large walk-in shower. Large enclosed porch to enjoy the wonderful summers in Michigan.

Close walk to spectacular Lake Michigan Beaches. Newcome beach is a 5 minute walk from the front door and Oak street beach is a short block away. One mile to downtown South Haven.

House is fully stocked and ready to be your home away from home. We try to have everything you need to make your vacation more enjoyable. Living room with 55 inch TV and Blue Ray DVD player that allows you to access your Netflix account and listen to Pandora Radio. Bose stereo system with Ipod docking base to listen to your favorite tunes. Each Bedroom with its own TV and DVD player. Upstairs bedroom with PS2 system and games, kids will love it! They will also enjoy the multiple DVDs and games available! Wi-fii internet and comcast cable.

Kitchen with all pots, pans, fully stocked down to the crock pot and quesadilla maker. Microwave, coffee maker, dishes, dishwasher, cooking supplies for a party of 12. 

Small kitchen bar for seating adjoining to dining area. Kitchen, dining, and living all open for perfect gathering area. We can seat 12 in the kitchen/dining area. Everyone can enjoy meals TOGETHER!

Floor Plan: Two bedrooms on upper level with shared bathroom: Master bedroom with king bed, the other bedroom with 4 twins (bunk beds). Bathroom with walk in shower and double vanity. When thinking of what guests may need..no one likes a crowded bathroom therefore King Bedroom with its own private vanity/sink/mirror. King bedroom also with its own refridgerator.

Main level bedrooms: one with queen bed. The other bedroom with queen bed and 2 twins (bunks). Bathroom located between bedrooms. All bed linens provided.

Washer and dryer on main level of home. Iron and Ironing board on site.

Large enclosed porch adjoining large deck for grilling (brand new Weber gas grill). Lots of outdoor seating to enjoy those great summer days. Amazing fish themed deck furniture that will seat nine people! A double chaise lounger to fall asleep with a good book outdoors. Speaking of books, we offer a large selection of hard cover novels by multiple popular authors. Enjoy a relaxing read and if you do not finish the book, feel free to take, compliments of Harper's Haven.

Central air conditioning, outdoor heated shower, Wagon and beach chairs (4) for the quick walk to the beach.

Plenty of parking onsite for multiple family renters. Basketball hoop, and swing set for kids to play with. Traveling with young kids? We supply 2 portable cribs, baby monitor, stroller, baby gate for stairs, booster seat, and high chair!

Outdoor fire pit to enjoy with fully stocked firewood for your use. Also, enjoy that book in the relaxing Hammock.

Multiple golf courses, winery's, rent kayaks or bikes, great restaurants, quaint shops, multiple beaches along North Shore Drive. Charter a boat for fishing. 

NEW for 2012: The Kal-Haven trail now connects to South Haven!

For women needing pampering..the down town salon and spa is great for pedicure, manicure, massage or all of the above! We will have brochures at the home to show the many attractions.

Weekly Rates through June July and August 2013 and 2014:$3500 for the week. Friday to Friday rental Check in Friday at 3pm, Check out the following Friday at 10 am. Weekly ONLY in June July and August. Rental contract provided at time of booking.Off Season/Fall/Winter Rates: $275night minimum 2 night stay
$250 security deposit required and will be returned 1 week after departure. Security deposit will be garnished for extra cleaning and damages beyond the ordinary.
