Airports, one mile from the sands of St. Pete Beach, 45 minutes from
Busch Gardens and only 90 minutes from Disney. First Floor living for easy access to the beach, pool, and hot tub areas. The island community has quick access to Tierra Verde or St. Pete's Beach for shopping, restaurants, services. Pass-a-Grille and the historic Don Cesar hotel are on the other side of the intercoastal. Also close by is Fort Desoto Park, where you can see the historic sights or go walking, jogging, biking, canoeing, fishing,
birdwatching, enjoy a barbecue or just relax on the beach.
You will find further attractions in downtown St Petersburg - the
famous Pier, Baywalk, museums, art galleries, theatres, and sporting
events. For the shopping enthusiast Ellenton Factory Outlet Mall is
within easy driving distance across the Sunshine Skyway.
