Less than 15 miles away from Squaw Valley, Northstar and Alpine Meadows, less than 10 miles away from Sugar Bowl and Boreal, and less than 5 miles away from the Tahoe Donner Ski Area, this is the perfect rental for a family vacation, romantic retreat or small group looking for outdoor adventures. In the winter, whether you're looking to ski, snowboard, or snowshoe, there is plenty of snow and major resorts are nearby. In the summer, walk out the door to enjoy hiking trails and a recreation center with a gym and pool. For water activities, Lake Tahoe is only a 20 minute drive, or visit Donner Lake, with access to a private beach which includes a boat launch and boat, kayak and paddleboard rentals, only 5 minutes away. Or if you’re looking for a break from all the action, quaint downtown Truckee, with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars, is only 5 minutes away. 

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is clean and has a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, rustic pine furniture, a river-rock fireplace and a spacious deck overlooking towering pine trees. Amenities include a 42” flat screen TV, DVD player, wifi, BBQ grill, microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster and rice cooker. Enjoy meals in the light-filled dining area with a dining table that seats 6. Dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils are available for your use. The vacation rental sleeps up to 6 people - there is a master bedroom with one queen bed and two full-sized beds in each of the other two bedrooms. We provide linens and towels.

This is the perfect place to recharge after a day of enjoying all the outdoor activities that Tahoe has to offer, or to just relax with a book or movie while enjoying the serene and beautiful forested view. You can even use our library of DVDs and books or have a family game night with our board games and puzzles. The rental includes access to Tahoe Donner amenities, including golf, a private downhill skiing hill, over 100 km of cross-country trails, swimming pools, recreation facilities, and more (a small fee applies to use of the amenities). We have a one-car garage for you to park your car or SUV and to store your gear. There is also parking for another car behind our garage and guest parking spaces in our condo neighborhood.
