vacation rental rates
1. A reservation deposit of $500 is required within 5 days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of departure provided there is no damage.
2. A $150.00 non-refundable cleaning deposit.
3. An advance payment of at least 50% of the rental rate, the deposit & cleaning fee is required at the time of making the reservation which will be applied to the rental rate.
*Only rent by the month, no weekly rentals available.
