Professionally decorated, and furnished comfortably, by one of the leading designers on Lake Norman - with a lake & beach theme in mind - creates a very relaxed atmosphere and offers the best incomfort, luxurious casual elegance, and enjoyment.  Our vacation property is a 6000 square foot, 3-level, quality luxury estate.  It even comes with an elevator!! – making it a perfect place for a family vacation for those of all ages.  Gorgeous sunsets, deep year-round water, a huge and private double-decker dock accessed by a walkway with no steps, luxurious furnishings, well equipped game room, and a large feature-packed spa are just a few of the many very special amenities.  Very spacious and easily sleeps up to 30 guests with 8 bedrooms and 8 convertibles (3 queen sleepers, 3 full sleepers, and 2 twin sleepers).  The property has 4 full baths, 4 half baths, and offers plenty of activities, indoors and out, for relaxation and fun.  It is conveniently located less than 5 minutes away from everything you could need or want (supermarkets, shopping, fine dining, and cinemas, etc.) – and yet is situated in an extremely relaxing, pastoral, and private location.  Also very close by boat to many of the lakeside restaurants and marinas.

The vacation theme accent sets your vacation in motion from the moment you step inside. The main entrance brings you into a large foyer which opens the home up to the great room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, breakfast area, and elegant tile, brick, and wrought-iron outdoor terrace. The home has comfortable seating in all the family areas with the dining room table seating 8, the breakfast table for 6, and the kitchen bar seating area, as well as additional seating on the terrace just off of the kitchen with tables, chairs, and a gas grill.  The main level master bedroom is a king bedroom suite - having a full-size sleeper, fireplace, and huge luxurious master bath.  Down the hallway is the entrance to the game room area and garage. The great room and game room areas have queen sleepers.

The top level of the home has a 2nd master bedroom with a king bed, full size sleeper, and masterbath.  Bedrooms 3,4,5 are private bedrooms with queen beds.  Bedroom 5 also has a twin sleeper.  Bedroom 6 is a large loft bedroom with a queen bedroom suite with privacy screening.  There is an additional full bath in the hall.

The lower level has a 2nd full kitchen with all top of the line appliances including: a Viking six burner professional range with twin convection ovens, flat top griddle, and a grill, a huge Viking commercial size refrigerator, commercial ice maker, a Viking warming drawer, granite counters, to name only a few.  The adjacent bar area has a gorgeous copper and glass counter and includes seating for 10, table area seating 8, and another table seating 5.  Also on the lower level is a lounge, which has a 3rd gas fireplace with comfortable seating and one full and one twin sleeper in the group.   Bedroom 7 is another beautiful master bedroom with a queen bedroom suite and queen sleeper and has an ensuite bath.  Also on this level is bedroom 8 – a queen bedroom suite.  All bedrooms have 32” flat screen TV’s and wireless internet access.

The lower level opens up to the backyard and the lake.  Just outside the door is a beautiful covered outdoor tiled patio with an elegant and inviting seating area - and table and dining seating for an
additional 6 also just step away is a large 6-person Coleman lounger spa.  A sidewalk from the patio leads to the lakeshore, with a very gentle slope and no steps.  At the lakefront there is a gazebo,
additional outdoor seating, and a huge fire-pit for nighttime fires under the stars.  Also at lakefront is the 1000 square foot private dock with room for 3 large boats and docking stations for 2 jet skis.  The dock has an enormous 2nd level sun/party deck - which is like a stage overlooking the panoramic main channel, with lots of seating and chaise lounges for taking in the sun or just relaxing by the water.

A 25% down payment is required to confirm your reservation and the balance is due 60 days before arrival.   Your reservation is not confirmed until we receive your down payment.  Unfortunately, we cannot hold reservations without a down payment.

Weekly Only, Saturday to Saturday in June, July & August and major holidays.  Other times on a nightly basis with a 2-night minimum.

Family Vacations only - no weddings, recepitons, rehearsal dinners, events or parties of any kind allowed.

Please note you must be age 26 and up to rent this property.
