In the privacy of your luxury condo at Ventana Vista, take advantage
of all Tucson has to offer. The Ventana area located in the northeast
part of Tucson, is the city's most prestigious neighborhood. Canyon
Ranch, Loews Ventana Resort, the Westin Paloma, Lodge at Ventana,
other resorts and million dollar homes are nestled into the hills.
Around the corner is the Sabino Canyon Recreation Area perfect for
hiking and picnics because of the unique shade not found in most
desert parks. You'll need to stay for months to do everything the
area has to offer including hiking, golf, tennis, shopping,
antiquing, exploring national parks, museums.
The swimming pool is heated year-round. There is a hot tub right next
to the pool, and a tennis court is nearby. A large and newly
refurbished clubhouse is next to the pool, and there is an exercise
room onsite.
This very quiet unit is located at about 70 yards from the club house, the pool, the exercise room and the tennis court, ideal for people wishing daily physical training.
