• Holiday Rates:
$1090 per week year-round.
$160 per night low-season.
• Minimum Stay:
One Week Minimum (Saturday to Saturday) for high-season and 3-night
minimum for low-season reservations.
• Payment types accepted:
Personal, Business or Cashier’s Checks, Money-Order.
• Check-In: after 2:00 pm. Check-Out: before 10:00 am.
• Information regarding obtaining the keys and contact information for
assistance will be provided after receipt of final payment.
• Security Deposit: $500.00 deposit is refundable upon Check-Out or
shortly after (after key is returned and premises left in acceptable
condition).
• Taxes: A 10.5% city room tax will be applied to the rental rates.
• The Rent and Tax are due 30 days prior to arrival.
