White Pelican - Beach-Front Home on Gulf-to-Bay Lot in Alligator Point

Description: White Pelican: Three bedroom, two bath home. Sits on
huge gulf front gulf-to-bay lot for water view from every window of
the house. Huge deck and screen porch on the gulf, overlooking
beautiful sand dunes and private gulf front beach. Front deck
overlooks Alligator Bay and natural forest area. Beds for 7, but can
sleeps up to 12 with couches (extra charge for more than 7 people.)
Air conditioned, dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, internet, DVD, VCR, gas
grill, fully furnished, except linens.

Central Air conditioned, dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, VCR,
gas grill, fully furnished, except linens. Computer with cable
internet and wireless router provided.

Very quiet area. No theme parks, roller coasters, kiddie parks, etc.
Shopping within 30-45 minutes; trips to Carrabelle, Wakulla,
Appalachicola, East Point, Tallahassee are popular. Deep sea fishing
boats leave from several local marinas. Wonderful restaurants within
15 minutes drive. Fishing from surf in front of the house this year
yielded Spanish mackerel, flounder, whiting, and Redfish.

Saturday to Saturday rentals only. There is a refundable $250
security deposit required.

January - February $1,000/week + 9% tax + $250 Security Deposit
March - April $1,200/week + 9% tax + $250 Security Deposit
May - September $1,600/week + 9% tax + $250 Security Deposit
October - December $1,200/week + 9% tax + $250 Security Deposit
