Master bedroom with queen bed, walk in closet and full private bath with access to screen lanai and pool. Second bedroom includes two twin beds. Third bedroom includes queen bed with access to screen lanai pool and sharing a bathroom.
Solar heated pool with screened in lanai, BBQ gas grill, patio set and two lounge chairs. Western Exposure for sun on pool all day ensuring lots of fun in the sun.

Enjoy your downtime relaxing, swimming, shelling, walking the beaches and experiencing the amazing sunsets! If you're feeling adventurous, try the many water sport activities available on the beach, such as jet skiing, windsurfing or parasailing. Fishing, boating, tennis and golf are available nearby, as well as airboat rides/ tours of the Everglades. When it's time for dinner, we're just a short drive from the Marco Island Plaza, which offers outside dining for several fine restaurants accented by the beauty of outdoor fountains. For those who like to shop, you can visit boutique stores at the Plaza and other venues on the island or a 30 minute drive to Naples.

2013 Rates
Security is required in the amount of $500 payable upon booking to reserve your week. Pets are an addition $100 per pet returned with security after inspection. Security is payable by personal check, bank check or money order. Security will be returned within 15 days of check-out date. Full payment must be received min. 30 days prior to check-in. All cancellation must be received in writing 60 days prior to check-in in order to receive security back.
Rental weeks are from Saturday to Saturday in season.
