Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open onto your private patio
and the beautifully landscaped garden area. The patio faces East -
perfect for waking up to those amazing Emerald Coast sunrises. In
the evenings, you can go to the Observation Deck on the 11th floor
and enjoy the majestic sunsets. The views of the Gulf of Mexico and
Choctawatchee Bay are breathtaking.

In addition to the beaches, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, a 28-
acre pedestrian village on the bayside of Sandestin, offers a
variety of activities, a collection of quaint boutiques for
shopping, tantalizing eateries to fine dining, and entertainment.
