It has an open living/kitchen/dining area with beautiful lake and mountain views. When you are standing at the kitchen sink the views are so stunning -- you will love spending time here!! The Master Suite has a King Size Bed and large HD flat screen TV. The guest BR has a Queen size bed. Both bedrooms have top of the line linens and mattresses. Sunrise County Club is an active, gate guarded community with 24 hour security. There are 22 pools, and 19 hot tubs. The club has a Dining Room for lunch and dinner, and the Grill for more casual dining. This Club is located within walking distance to The River, which is Rancho Mirage's premier spot for shopping, dining, and movie theaters.
The owners are equity members so renters have access to the 18 Hole Executive Golf Course, Fitness Center, and 13 Tennis Courts at a special rate available by the week or month.
