Dock/slip space available if you bring your own boat.  No stairs make it ideal for easy living.  Washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and wireless.

Beyond the daily activities and restful hours at the house, the location is ideal for day a variety of excursions.  10 minutes to the natural spring water Buccaneer Water Park; Weeki Wachee Spring & the famous Mermaid show;  45 minutes to Busch Gardens; 40 minutes to Hermossa Springs, home of the Manatee; 2 hours to Disney, Sea World, and Universal; and all the diversity of Tampa is just a hour away on the new, scenic Sun Coast Highway.  Within 10 minutes is fine Italian. seafood, and fusion dining, dinner theatre, theatre, mini golf, golf, malls, deep sea fishing, and many local restaurants of all persuasions.
