The Master bedroom is ensuite the large bathroom with a walk-in closet. The bedroom contains an antique wooden poster bed from India, hand made by artisans from the Rajastan dessert, covered with hand embroidered bedspread and pillows from the same area. All linens are over 500 counts Egyptian cotton. Antique Tibetan nightstands complement the large armoire from southernTibet.

The second bedroom contains a queen size sleigh bed with matching mirrored dresser, similar linens and bed cover as the master bedroom, ample closet space for storage, and a wall mounted flat panel TV.

The third bedroom is converted into an office space and sitting area with a comfortable couch that converts into a full size extra bed. The office is equipped with a Palisander desk, phone, computer, internet, and WiFi terminal.

The living room is designed with oversize shabby chic couches with luxurious twill covers and decorated with original artwork from Tibet and Mongolia, an ideal place for lounging after an intensive day at the beach. Take in a movie at the 46” wall mounted flat panel screen with a Blue Ray DVD player, and Direct TV programs, plus available DVD collection of international movie titles.

The formal dining room is the ultimate expression of elegance. It is furnished with antique Qing Dynasty dining set with matching buffet and liquor chest.

The breakfast nook is the place for sunny mornings getting together on a copper table with comfortable stools complimented with an antique Fujian bamboo kitchen armoire.

The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking including complete set of stainless steel cookware, a full compliment of dining ware, and crystal ware. In addition, an outdoor modern grill has a built in wok and pizza stone for your additional culinary creativities.

The long hallway is decorated with an antique Qing dynasty long console table with Burmese marble statuary.

The 6 foot deep heated and covered pool is the focal centerpiece of the house. The large patio with a round table is a wonderful place to wind down the day to listen to the ocean surf, the night sounds of the neighboring mangrove forest, all within a large Florida Room to insect proof the area.

The Bodhi Tree Home earns its name from an ancient gigantic Ficus tree on the eastside of the property. The grounds contain edible banana and lime trees for your cooking pleasure. A large array of tropical flowers surrounding the house with one third acre of manicured grassy lawn.

The entry way greets visitors with an antique six foot granite Buddha surrounded by stately coconut palms, truly a place where the outer and inner journey can converge on a magic level.

The Villa is next to the Moorings country club and golf course.The St. Edwards middle and high schools are a mile distance. It is also less than a mile to the Round Island state park, a haven for bird watchers, kayakers, bicyclist, and hikers. All along A1A are excellent walking and bicycle paths into Vero Beach Village. Another great highlight is close access to inexpensive local fresh fruits and produce at the nearby at farmers’ markets.
