Vacation Rental Description

Be among our first guests in this tastefully decorated two-bedroom  
villa overlooking a lake and the sixth fairway of the beautiful  
Waterlefe Golf and River Club.  This WCI community boasts an  
eighteen-hole Ted McAnlis-designed championship golf course with  
five sets of tees to challenge golfers of all abilities. 
 
Your stay will include membership in the River Club, which features  
fine and casual dining (with weekly buffets), a 24 hour fitness  
center, outdoor pool and cabana bar, and The Pointe family gathering  
area, all overlooking the tranquil Manatee River.  The Club also has  
a 59 dock marina, boat lift and a freshwater fishing pier.   Three  
nature trails offer a wonderful opportunity to explore the native  
vegetation and wildlife. 
 
This villa is fully furnished with everything you will need for your  
home away from home.  The great room has a 27” cable television with a combination VCR/DVD.  The  
master bedroom has a king-size bed and 21” cable TV.  The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.  The  
den has an office area and a fold-out sofa.  Sliders from the great room open to the 26' x 10'  
screened lanai overlooking the lake, golf course, wildlife, and beautiful sunsets.
