With its easy layout this 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo is a first floor walk-up (elevator available) near the boardwalk to the beach. The living room features an updated sofa and entertainment hutch with a large TV and DVD/VCR combo.
The living room flows out onto the screened-in lanai, where guests can relax as the sun sets. The master bedroom also opens out on the lanai and looks out over the complex landscaping.

The guest’s bedroom includes two twins and a TV/ VCR combo. The dining table is roomy enough for 6 people and the kitchen bar can seat 2 more. Guests can also enjoy their refreshments on the lanai dining area, which seats 4 at the table and more on the loungers.

Compass Pointe is a small complex and offers a pool, BBQ grills, tennis courts, and has an elevator in both buildings.
