THE ACCOMMODATION
Our beautiful, new, quiet EXECUTIVE 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom air conditioned house comprises a covered
Entrance Porch, Entrance Hall, large Living Room, & Dining area with cable tv, telephone, separate
downstairs lavatory, large fully equipped Kitchen, & separate Laundry Room (with washing machine &
tumble dryer).
The 4 bedrooms comprise two Master bedrooms (1 with enormous double King size bed, & 1 with double
Queen size bed) & two twin bedrooms with 2 large single beds. One Master is downstairs, the other 3
bedrooms upstairs.
The first Master bedroom has its own cable tv & balcony. The 2 Master bedrooms benefit from their
own private en suite bathroom with "supersize" oval bath. The 2 twin bedrooms share one bathroom. 2
bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes & all wardrobes are double size.
All the larger rooms have ceiling fans for extra comfort.
Our house is equipped with at least 3 TV's & a dvd/cd player.
The kitchen & utility area, which are fully equipped to the highest standards, provide guests with
the option to self cater. All pots pans, cutlery, utensils, electric can opener and even an electric
whisk are included, as you would expect in this Executive package.
Towels and linen are provided and a maid service can be arranged if required (additional fee).
It is also possible to provide a crib and high chair FREE of charge!

THE RESORT
The beauty of this brand new property is that it is part of the 5 star private resort of Regal
Palms. It has all the benefits of a hotel, with the luxury, space and advantages of a private villa.
The resort features a large Reception Desk with its own 24 hour Check-In service, a private 2 acre
Water Park with Tropical Swimming Pool Complex, 2 heated pools, Waterslide, Lazy River, heated
jacuzzi/spa, waterfalls, extensive sun bathing terraces, and poolside patio etc.
In addition there is a Clubhouse, Restaurant with terrace service onto the poolside patio, Sports
Bar (with satellite TV), Games Room, Internet Cafe with 4 computer workstations and wireless
broadband link.
Feel like being pampered? Then why not relax in the indoor heated Jacuzzi/Spa (as hot as a bath!),
or try a work out in the Gym, or relax in the Sauna, Steam Room, or Health Centre (for massage,
facial, manicure, pedicure,multi jet exhilerating power shower), or try the spray tanning room for
that "all-over" tan you never had time for!
The superb Highlands Reserve Golf Course is located next door and discounts are offered to Regal
Palms guests.
Regal Palms is a private gated community which means that access to the resort is strictly
controlled using an electronic keycard entry system, and all the facilities are for the exclusive
use of the guests only. The resort is NOT open to the public.
A huge Publix supermarket complex & take away are in short walking distance, and there is a
chemist/pharmacy, bank, post office etc only 3 minutes drive away, and a NEW WAL-MART within 3
minutes drive!

Gardens, and the sand beaches of Tampa Bay & Daytona Beach are 40 minutes drive. And there is much

EXCLUDING this tax to make themselves look cheaper. So you have to remember to ADD the tax to their
prices to make a fair comparason.
IN ADDITION, our house is within a short walk to the Clubhouse & pools, and NOT a mile away right at
the back of the Resort OR overlooking a noisy main road OR behind a construction area OR a Tower
block with other guests looking into your bedroom.
We offer excellent value for money as previous guests will testify, which is why so many of our
guests choose to return year after year.
