THE HOUSE

Our quiet 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom air conditioned house comprises a covered Entrance Porch, Entrance Hall, large Living Room, & Dining area with cable tv, telephone, large fully equipped Kitchen, & separate Laundry Room (with washing machine & tumble dryer).

The 4 bedrooms comprise two Master bedrooms (1 with enormous King size bed, & 1 with Queen size bed) & two twin bedrooms with 2 large single beds in each room. The Queen Master Bedroom is on the ground floor, the other 3 bedrooms are on the first floor.

The 2 Master bedrooms benefit from their own private en suite bathroom with "supersize" oval bath. The 2 twin bedrooms share one bathroom. 2 bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes & all wardrobes are double size.

All the larger rooms have ceiling fans for extra comfort.

Our house is equipped with TV's in every room & dvd/cd player.

The fully equipped kitchen & utility area provide guests with the option to self cater. All pots pans, cutlery, utensils, blender, coffee maker & even an electric can opener are included, as you would expect in this executively furnishing home.

Towels and linen are provided.

A crib and "booster seat"/high chair are provided FREE of charge

THE RESORT

The beauty of our property is that it is located in the superb Regal Palms Resort. It has all the benefits of a first class hotel, with the luxury, space and advantages of a private home.

The resort features a large Reception Desk with its own 24 hour Check-In service, a private 2 acre Water Park with Tropical Swimming Pool Complex, 2 heated pools, Waterslide, Lazy River, heated Jacuzzi/spa, waterfalls, volleyball court, extensive sun bathing terraces, and poolside patio etc.

In addition there is a Clubhouse, Restaurant with terrace service onto the poolside patio, Sports Bar (with satellite TV), Games Room, a NEW children's jungle gym and FREE Internet Cafe with 4 computer workstations and free WiFi wireless broadband link

A huge Publix supermarket complex, Applebee's Restaurant & 2 Take-Out Restaurants are in short WALKING distance, and there is a chemist/pharmacy, bank, post office etc only 3 minutes drive away, and a SUPER WAL-MART within 5 minutes

IN ADDITION, our house is in a quiet & convenient location relative to the Clubhouse & pools, NOT a mile away right at the back of the Resort OR overlooking a noisy main road OR behind a construction area OR a Tower block with other guests looking into your bedroom.
