Vacation Rental Description

Sorry - No Senior Week Rentals. 
 
Luxury Townhome built in 2004, in a Gated Community in a  
mid-town Ocean City bayside location (67th street).  The community  
has a private bayside beach, an indoor and outdoor pool (5 minutes  
walk), clubhouse and an interactive fountain (that the kids will  
love!) Also, there is a community store right in the community and 
a Bar/Grille, where you can have some refreshments and watch the  
beautiful sunsets!  This home is just a two block walk from the Ocean.   
The community was inspired by southern coastal towns and contains  
beautiful streetscapes. 
 
This is a 5 bedroom home, with 2 master bedrooms.  The main living  
area contains an open floorplan with a spacious, fully-equipped  
modern kitchen with seating for 10 at the dining table and a nice  
living room, with a 32" TV and DVD-VCR combo player.  The home has  
decks on 3 levels in the front and 2 levels in the back to enjoy the  
views and fresh ocean air!  2 car garage and 1 additional space on a  
parking pad in the rear gives plenty of parking for multiple  
vehicles (3 passes provided).  Outside shower.

Bedroom set up is: 
 
The Loft Master Bedroom contains a Queen Bed with a private sun porch  
and a full bath.  TV and VCR/DVD combo player. 
 
The Master Bedroom contains a King Bed, with a Large Soaking Tub and  
separate shower in the private bathroom.  TV and VCR/DVD combo player. 
 
Bedroom 3 has a Queen Bed. 
 
Bedroom 4 has a Twin/Full bunk ideal for kids with a TV/VCR combo  
player.  Bedroom 3 & 4 share a full bathroom. 
 
Bedroom 5 has 2 twin beds, and is on the lower level (better for  
older kids)  This bedroom has access to its own full bathroom. 
 
The Kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, microwave,  
dishwasher and Ceramic cooktop and all the utensils/pots &  
pans/dishes you'll need.  The Living room is stocked with games for  
kids and adults alike for all the entertainment you'll need.  Pull  
out Queen Sleeper in the Living room as well for extra sleeping  
capacity. 
 
Full size Washer/Dryer on the lower level.

Activities and Attractions

Ocean City has activities for everyone to enjoy.  World class golfing  
is only a short drive away.  Plenty of beach-related activities - the  
Ocean City boardwalk, amusement parks and miniature golfing is a  
short drive or walk away.  Plenty of water sports close by including  
a marina to rent pontoon boats and jet skis only a one block walk.   
Tax free shopping at the Rehobeth beach outlets is less than a half  
hour drive.  Ocean City has plenty of great restaurants and nightlife  
for all to enjoy, including great live music!

Vacation Rental Rates

Saturday to Saturday Rentals during the Summer. All prices below are  
subject to 6% Maryland tax and 4.5% County room tax (10.5% total) plus  
a $60 processing fee. $350 Refundable security deposit collected upon  
check-in. This deposit will be refunded after checkout, once no damages 
to the unit have been verified. 
 
Notes: Must be 25 or older to check in. The age of the person  
receiving the keys will be verified before they are delivered to you  
by the rental agency.  Maximum capacity of the unit is 12 people. 6  
pool passes are provided as part of the rental package.  Additional  
passes are available at the management office for a nominal fee. 
 
Please note that this is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed.

Off-Season Rentals available (including mini weeks), please call or e- 
mail for details. 
 
Rental rates include cleaning at the end of the week, at which time  
cleaners will verify any damage to unit, to be deducted from security  
deposit. 
 
The Sunset Island community association rules give the staff the  
right to evict any tenant who violates any HOA rule, including  
violations of capacity and local noise ordinances.  If evicted, the  
renter forfeits the remaining rental fee and security deposit.
