This two bedroom one bathroom condo is new for winter 2012. A tiled granite and stainless full sized kitchen lead into the dining and living room area. Bedroom number one has a king bed and number two has two twin beds. Each room has a LCD TV and ceiling fans. Beach decors brighten each room. The new bath has a single vanity, comfort height toilet, and tiled Roman shower with pebble floor. The screened lanai is perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. This ground floor condo provides easy access to the heated pool OR the number #1 BEACH in the USA, Siesta Key Beach. The public beach provides life guards, snack bar, chair/umbrella rental and restrooms!

This unit is perfect for a maximum of 4 adults.

I do have another unit on the island (one bed room / one bath) with a 3 night minimum, if you are interested
