1,500 square foot newer condo is comfortable and completely
furnished.
Three bedrooms each with their own private bathroom. Master bedroom
has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and the third
bedroom has a queen and a set of bunk beds. The master bedroom and
third bedroom have walk-in closets. All bathrooms are tile and
marble.
Situated right on a canal within the secured El Cid Golf Course with
a beautiful sunset view and view of the skyline of the Golden Zone
in Mazatlan.

Full kitchen facilities provide everything needed to prepare meals
including microwave and dishwasher.
Direct TV with video library and stereo CD player.
Pressurized water purification system with UV disinfection.
Washer and dryer included.
Free shuttle service runs through the golf course and to the three
El Cid Hotels on the beach in the Golden Zone.
Rental includes use of all El Cid Hotels, pools, etc.
We also offer an optional golfcart rental for $150.00 U.S. per week. This
can be used within the El Cid complex.

A short 5 minute shuttle ride gets you to the beach and Golden Zone
where you can enjoy the shops, beachfront hotels and nightlife. All
the fun ocean activities are readily available: swimming, surfing,
sailing, fishing, waverunners, beach volleyball and much more. There
are also several tours available.
Inside the unit is a detailed notebook with information on things to
see and do in Mazatlan. Addtional information can also be emailed to
you.
Golf cart is available for $150.00 U.S. per week or $300.00 U.S. per month
additional.

Weekly rental is $1050-1400. Christmas rentals are $200 per
night with a two-week minimum rental. A $500 refundable security
deposit due when the reservation is made and is required to hold
dates. Fifty percent payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. Full refund (with
damage deposit) is available up to 60 days prior to arrival. Contact
