Three story Oceanfront condominium community located on the World's Most Famous Beaches' quiet and relaxing North end of Atlantic Avenue (A1A) about 1.5 miles from the Main Street Pier and attractions.  You will park in your one designated off-street assigned parking space (#5) located right outside the unit's front door.

You enter the nicely furnished ground floor 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Non-Smoking unit through the Oceanview Living Room, pass the Dining Room and Kitchen on your left and continue down a hall to the Guest Bedroom, Bathroom, and Oceanview Master Bedroom.

You have all the pots, pans, dishes, sheets and towels to acommodate sleeping for 6: in the Kingsized Bed in the Master Bedroom; Two Twin Beds in the Guest Bedroom; and a Queensized Sleep Sofa in the Living Room.

The condo has a 7 night minimum stay requirement. 

This condominium community has off street parking with one space for each unit, a private inground Oceanfront swimming pool, private beach entrance, and a shower and foot washing area to wash away the beach sand.  A locked laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers is also on-site.

Other unit amenities: Air Conditioning, Cable TV, DVD, Full Kitchen with Dishwasher, Microwave, Range, Refrigerator, Garbage Disposal, and Ice Maker.

Daytona Beach and surrounding cities offer bars and restaurants, fitness centers, shopping areas, movie theaters, and amusement arcades. Race fans, Bikers, and Beach enthusiasts will not be disappointed with one of the only driveable beaches in Florida.  Visitors often take in the Theme Parks available in Orlando.

Other activities: Swimming, Surfing, Fishing, Biking, Boating, Shelling, Windsurfing, Kayaking, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Miniature Golfing, Tennis and Golf.     

Rate includes: Taxes, Cleaning, Insurance, Credit Card Service, and Advertising.  Insurance eliminates the need for Security Deposits.

Minimum rate ($799) is for the Slow Season (i.e., September - December)

Maximum rate ($1499) is for Event Weeks (i.e., Speed Week, Bike Week, Biketoberfest)
