New beautiful glass top table sitting in front of a large sliding glass door which opens to a large balcony overlooking the pool and garden.
Bathroom:
Complete remodel March 2011. Tiled, walk-in shower with glass door, granite vanity top.
Bedroom:
Two full size beds, nightstand and dresser with mirror and closet. Sliding glass door opens to large balcony overlooking the pool and garden. New 32" tv installed over the dresser.

All the Island activities and attractions are a walk, drive or shuttle away. The Island shuttle stops in front of the complex and can take you anywhere on the island for free.
This condo complex is located towards the north end of all the island development. There is a vacant lot directly north of our condo complex, a new beach restaurant north of that, then the LaQuinta and then miles and miles of beach after that. This area of the Island is not congested (no area on S. Padre really is compared to Fla.).
vacation rental rates
June $700/week July, August - $900/week. Summer rentals are typically weekly rentals from Saturday PM to Saturday AM.
July 4th week: Call for rates
Texas week (spring break) $1100.00/week - Families only

$75 cleaning fee required on all rentals
$200 refundable security deposit required.
Weekly rates subject to 14.5% hotel tax.

Small behaved pets are welcome for additional fees and deposit.
