Monthly rental :
May 1 to Nov 30 - $760 weekly / $1,900 monthly + exit clean up + refundable security deposit
Dec 1 to April 31 -$1,200 weekly / $3,100 monthly + exit clean up + refundable security deposit

.Refundable security fee --------------------$200.00
To guarantee reservation we need a 25% deposit and the 75% balance is due 5 days prior to your arrival. The $200 security deposit is refundable 3 to 5 days after check out.
