This is a single-story home which has four bedrooms and two bathrooms and is set in the heart of the wonderful gated community of Lake Berkley. The house itself backs on to a lake where guests can enjoy a day of fishing at their doorstep. The front door opens to a fully tiled entrance, hallway, lounge, and kitchen area and it has a very nice open and well lit feel. The lounge area is fully equipped for your comfort and you have the benefit of satellite TV, this area overlooks the private swimming pool and has stunning views of the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that will be required for your vacation including all appliances and there is a washer and dryer in the home. There is an open breakfast nook complete with table and four chairs and the house also has a great dining area complete with another table and four chairs, so there is ample seating for the whole family. There are four bedrooms within the home and sleeps 10. The master bedroom has an in-suite bathroom and its own television and the other three bedrooms share a further bathroom with the queen bed also having access to its own TV.  The home also has WIFI.

The community has an astounding number of amenities including a tiki bar (opened seasonally) near the heated community pool, 2 fitness centers, 2 playgrounds, basketball, tennis, and beach volleyball courts, BBQ area, and a walkway around the private lake. The clubhouse offers 2 internet stations with printer and a library. Security is also on-site 24/7.

Lake Berkley is located off of US 192 in Kissimmee, only minutes from area theme parks and attractions. Here you are less than 5 minutes to the nearest Walmart. An array of shopping centers and restaurants line 192. With all of this to do the kids can never say they are bored!
