This home sleeps up to 6 comfortably with 1 king-sized bedroom, 1 double-sized bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. There are also 2 full bathrooms for your convenience. The living room has comfortable twin sofas and a lounge chair. Also in the living room is a 52 inch flat screen television with dvd player for your enjoyment on any night in. The kitchen is fully equipped and also in the home you will find a washer and dryer.

The community offers free use of its cabana, community pool, and tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts to all residents and guests.

Westridge is located off of HWY 27 near US 192 and I-4, just minutes from all area theme parks and attractions. Also only 2 minutes from Publix grocer, CVS Pharmacy, along with other stores including restaurants.

Summer season rates starting at $1094.05 per week

High season rates starting at $1244.34 per week

• This home can be booked with a $200 deposit plus $25 reservation fee with the remaining balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival
• A $80 cleaning fee is charged on all stays less than 5 nights
  A property protection fee of $69 and a $25 reservation fee are added to all bookings
• Pool heat is recommended from November-April and is $35 per day or $165 per week for homes with electric heaters and $60 per day or $330 per week for those with gas heaters
• Premiums applied for stays under 5 nights.
