This home is directly on a salt water canal with a floating dock for fishing or boat parking. You can access by boat Tampa Bay quickly and easily, less than 5 minutes to a gorgeous sunset. You can bring your boat. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a huge lanai, a heated pool and tiki bar. The house is a split floor plan, with 1 King, and 2 Queens, plus additional sofa for sleeping. The entire back of the house opens up to the screened lanai with retractable sliding doors. The lanai has a 6 pc dining table, bar table at the kitchen window and a wrap around sofa. The pool and deck are open to the sunshine, no cover. Enjoy oranges and grapefruit straight from the tree. You can expect all of the comforts of home, including, 2 TVs, wireless internet, gas grill, kitchen essentials, and linens. The tiki bar is perfect for dining or relaxing. Available for weekly or monthly rental beginnig Nov. 26, 2011.

Apollo Beach is located directly on Tampa Bay about 12 south of downtown. It is less than 3 miles off I-75, 10 min. from a beach, 30 min. from Busch Gardens and 1 hour from Orlando. The town boasts a public golf course, a dog park, manatee viewing center and world class waterfront dining at Circles. A larger selection of entertainment, shopping and dining are just 10-15 minutes away inlcuding outlets and ice skating.
The neighorhood is known as Bal Harbor and every home is on the water. A boat ramp is less than a mile from the home. Tampa and St. Petersburg are a quick boat ride away.
