"Southern Breeze" - Gulf Front, Pet Friendly 4/2 Sleeps 10 in Dauphin Island

Southern Breeze is a newly constructed (11/2011) 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, Gulf Front, vacation rental with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico.  This family friendly, pet friendly is a place where you can expect to spend quality time with your loved ones while watching the waves roll in from an extra large partially covered gulf side deck (47'x16').

Located on the white sugar sands beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in the small island fishing community of Dauphin Island, Al, Southern Breeze is a dream come true for our small family.  With water only feet away from the deck, your family will be able to make sand castles, play in the water, and make memories that will last a life time.

Southern Breeze has a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, etc...) and house linens (bath and hand towels, sheets, etc...) are provided.  The master bedroom has a King Size Bed, 32" TV/DVD Combo, and a walkout sliding glass door leading to Gulf side deck.  The guest side gulf side bedroom has a King Bed, TV, and sliding glass door leading to the Gulf side deck.  The 2 additional bedrooms have unobstructed views of the Mississippi Sound and is a great place to watch to barges and boat traffic go by.  The rear bedroom on the guest side of the house has a Queen size bed and a 22" TV/DVD combo mounted on the wall.  The spare bedroom on the master side of the house has two twin beds, 22" TV/DVD combo mounted to the wall.  With the whole home DVR system, your kids, like ours, can watch Mickey Mouse Club House while lying down for a nap.  The spare bedroom on the master side of the house is connected to the master bedroom via a jake and jill bathroom.  All rooms have independent Direct TV units.

Winter:  $200/night, $1200/week (Nov - Mar. 9, 2013) 3 night minimum*

Fall: $1750/week, $275/night, (Sept 7 - Nov 2, 2012) 

$300 refundable deposit, $100/pet, $125 cleaning fee, outdoor smoking only, 11% tax
