The cottage is available for $225.00 a weekend night (Friday-Saturday) and $150.00 a weekday night (Sunday-Thursday). There's a 2 night minimum stay for all reservations.
If you schedule a reservation the full balance will be due at the time the reservation is made and the reservation can only be canceled up to 30 days prior. You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. Your payment will be refunded, less a 10% cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival you will not receive a refund.
A 2% County lodging tax will be added to the total.
Some holidays have holiday pricing and/or require a 3 night minimum stay.
Dogs are welcome for a small pet cleaning fee of $45.00.
Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is 10:00 AM.
